Rules for buying and selling goods
I. Concepts
1. The data controller and operator of the website www.lifedrops.lt (hereinafter - the Seller) is Lifedrops UAB, company code - 305707235, address - Kalvarijų g. 103-32, Vilnius.

2. Buyer – an active natural or legal person who has purchased the Internet of Goods
in the store www.lifedrops.lt
3. Parties – Buyer and Seller together.
4. Lifedrops.lt – online store, at the web address www.lifedrops.lt
5. Personal data - any information related to a natural person - a data subject whose
identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined through the use of such data
as a personal code, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic,
signs of a cultural or social nature.
6. Prekė – visa tai, kuo prekiaujama elektroninėje parduotuvėje lifedrops.lt. Atskirai Taisyklėse

II. General provisions
9. These Rules for the purchase and sale of Goods, upon their approval by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and

a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller,
Terms of purchase and payment for goods, order of delivery and return of goods, responsibility of the parties
and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of Goods in the online store.
10. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account
requirements established by legal acts.
11. By approving the Rules, the buyer confirms that he has the right to buy goods on the lifedrops.lt website
in the store.
12. We also inform you that these Rules may be changed in the event of changes in legal regulations.
Every time you order Goods, we recommend that you review the Rules so that the Buyer is convinced that
that he fully understands under what conditions, in a specific case, the order will be made.
13. The Buyer must familiarize himself with the Privacy Policy approved by the Seller. Agree or disagree with
in specific ways of using the Buyer's Personal Data, the Buyer expresses the provisions of the Privacy Policy
order.
14. If the Seller has the right or obligation to provide documents or information to the Buyer electronically
by mail, in all cases for providing the Seller with a working e-mail address belonging to the Buyer

15. Lifedrops UAB uses the personal data of the Republic of Lithuania when conducting electronic trading

IV. Goods
17. The images of the Products presented in the online store are of an illustrative nature. Despite the fact that

guarantee that the screen of the Buyer's device will accurately reflect the colors of the Goods. The Buyer understands that the Goods
may differ slightly from their images.
18. The packaging of the goods may differ from the one shown in the images on the website
in the store.
19. All Goods presented in the online store are available to the Buyer. In case if
the ordered Product is no longer available, the Buyer is immediately informed about this by e-mail or other means
means (call and/or SMS message) and the execution of the order for such Product is terminated.
20. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having chosen the purchased

stored in the online store database.
V. Buyer's Rights
22. The buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to demand correction of incorrect,
incomplete, inaccurate personal data by writing an e-mail email info@lifedrops.lt. In this case

23. The buyer may exercise the right to withdraw from the Goods purchase-sale contract only if

24. The Buyer, who has purchased a Product of inappropriate quality in the online store, has the right to demand from the Seller
in order to ensure the proper quality of the product, a proportional reduction in the price of the product, or unilaterally

25. The seller is responsible to the consumer for any non-compliance of the goods with the quality requirements of the goods
at the time of delivery and which became clear no later than two years after the delivery of the goods.
VI. Obligations of the buyer
26. Pirkėjas privalo sumokėti už Prekes ir priimti jas šių Taisyklių nustatyta tvarka.
27. Jeigu pasikeičia Pirkėjo užsakymo formoje pateikti duomenys, jis privalo nedelsdamas apie juos
informuoti Pardavėją.
28. Pirkėjas, naudodamasis lifedrops.lt internetine parduotuve, įsipareigoja laikytis šių Taisyklių, kitų
sąlygų, aiškiai nurodytų internetinėje parduotuvėje bei nepažeisti Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų.
VII. Seller's rights
29. The Seller has the right to determine the minimum size of the Shopping Cart at its discretion, i.e. i.e. the minimum amount

30. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his
obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his ability to

31. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online
store without notifying the Buyer in advance. In this case, all accepted and confirmed Buyers
orders are completed, and new orders are not accepted.
32. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay for the Goods after choosing
payment by bank transfer.
33. The seller can carry out various types of marketing promotions and, with the prior consent of the Buyers, inform them about these promotions by sending information to the contacts specified by the Buyers. The seller also has the right
at any time unilaterally, without a separate warning, to change the conditions of the marketing promotions in question and to terminate already
started promotions.
VIII. Obligations of the seller
34. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services provided by the online store https://lifedrops.lt/ under the conditions set out in these Rules and the online store.
35. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding his personal information, i.e. i.e.
Process the personal data specified by the buyer in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
36. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him, under the specified
conditions.
37. The seller undertakes to deliver the Goods that correspond to the information specified for each Product.
38. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered Product to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to
offer an analogous or as similar Product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept the
analogous or the most similar Product, the Seller undertakes to return the
money paid to the Buyer within 14 working days, if the advance payment was made, and if the payment was not made - to
cancel the order.
39. When the Buyer returns the Goods, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 14 working days
from the day of returning the Goods to the Seller.
40. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order in a timely and proper manner within 30 days due to important reasons, he undertakes to immediately inform the Buyer about the delay in the delivery of the goods.
IX. Product prices, payment procedure and terms
41. Klientas apsilankęs lifedrops.lt internetiniame puslapyje pasirenka jam patinkančias prekes. Jo
pasirinkimo pagrindu suformuojamas Prekių krepšelis.
42. Suformavus Prekių krepšelį, Pirkėjas (jei jis dar nėra atlikęs registracijos ir prisijungęs prie sistemos)
turi suvesti duomenis, būtinus pasirinktoms Prekėms pristatyti: savo vardą, pavardę, adresą, kuriuo bus
pristatomos Prekės, telefoną bei papildomą informaciją, kuri gali būti svarbi pristatant užsakytas Prekes.
Pardavėjas patvirtina, kad Pirkėjo pateikti duomenys bus naudojami išskirtinai tik Prekių pardavimo ir
pristatymo tikslais, nepažeidžiant teisės aktų numatytų reikalavimų Asmens duomenų apsaugai.
43. Pirkėjas turi pasirinkti vieną iš galimų atsiskaitymo būdų. Kartu gali būti pasirenkamas Prekių
pristatymo būdas ir kaina.
44. Paskutiniame žingsnyje sugeneruojami visi Pardavėjo pateikti duomenys, prieš kuriuos
patvirtindamas, Pirkėjas privalo įsitikinti, jog pateikti duomenys yra teisingi ir atitinka jo pageidavimus.
Pirkėjas turi galimybę pataisyti klaidas, jei jų yra, prieš išsiunčiant užsakymą. Tuo atveju, jeigu prieš
prekių pasirinkimą Pirkėjas nėra susipažinęs su Taisyklėmis, jis tai privalo atlikti prieš patvirtindamassavo užsakymą bei jame pateiktus duomenis, kitaip, bus laikoma, kad Pirkėjas yra susipažinęs su
Taisyklėmis.
45. Sutartis sudaroma ir vykdoma lietuvių kalba.
46. Prekių kainos internetinėje parduotuvėje ir suformuotame užsakyme nurodomos eurais su PVM.
47. Pirkėjas atsiskaito už Prekes vienu iš šių būdų:
48. Using electronic banking;
49. Using the mokejimai.lt system.
50. The buyer, paying by bank transfer, undertakes to pay for the Goods immediately. Only after he
pays will the order be formed.
51. The VAT invoices contain the selected Goods, their quantity, the discounts granted, the final
Price of the Goods, including all taxes, and other data required to be
confirmed by the legal acts regulating accounting.
XI. Delivery of goods
52. Pirkėjas, užsakydamas Prekes, gali pasirinkti Prekių pateikimo būdą, t. y. pasinaudoti Pardavėjo
teikiama Prekių pristatymo paslauga arba Pardavėjo Prekių atsiėmimo punkte.
XII. Prekių pristatymas Pirkėjo nurodytu adresu:
53. Pirkėjas, užsakymo metu pasirinkęs Prekių pristatymo paslaugą, įsipareigoja nurodyti tikslią Prekių
pristatymo vietą.
54. Pirkėjas įsipareigoja Prekes priimti pats. Tuo atveju, kai jis Prekių pats priimti negali, o Prekės
pristatytos nurodytu adresu ir remiantis kitais Pirkėjo pateiktais duomenimis, Pirkėjas neturi teisės reikšti
Pardavėjui pretenzijų dėl Prekių pristatymo netinkamam subjektui.
55. Prekes pristato Pardavėjas arba jo įgaliotas atstovas.
56. Pristatymo kaina priklauso nuo Pirkėjo pasirinkto pristatymo būdo.
57. Pardavėjas pasilieka teisę keisti Prekių pristatymo mokestį ir pirkinio sumą, nuo kurios pristatymas
nemokamas. Galiojantys įkainiai yra nurodomi užsakymo formavimo lange taip, kad Pirkėjas turi
galimybę su jais susipažinti iki patvirtindamas užsakymą.
58. Užsakytas Prekes būtina atsiimti ne vėliau kaip per x darbo dienas, skaičiuojamas nuo Pardavėjo
patvirtinimo, kad užsakymas jau paruoštas, gavimo momento. Pirkėjui laiku neatsiėmus Prekių, Pardavėjas
pasilieka teisę nutraukti užsakymą be įspėjimo ir grąžinti sumokėtą mokėjimą.
59. Prekes gali atsiimti tik užsakymą pateikęs asmuo arba asmuo, nurodytas užsakymo pateikimo metu.
60. Pardavėjas pateikia Prekes Pirkėjui vadovaudamasis Prekių aprašymuose nurodytais terminais. Šie
terminai yra preliminarūs, be to netaikomi tais atvejais, kai Pardavėjo sandėlyje nėra reikiamų Prekių, o
Pirkėjas informuojamas apie jo užsakytų Prekių trūkumą. Visais atvejais Pardavėjas įsipareigoja Prekes
pristatyti ne vėliau kaip per 30 dienų nuo sutarties sudarymo dienos. Esant išimtiniais atvejais Prekių
pateikimas gali vėluoti dėl nenumatytų, nuo Pardavėjo nepriklausančių aplinkybių. Tokiu atveju
Pardavėjas įsipareigoja nedelsiant susisiekti su Pirkėju ir suderinti Prekių pateikimo sąlygas.
61. The Seller is not responsible for changes in the properties of the Goods that may occur due to a change in temperature or the effect of other
circumstances beyond the Seller's control when delivering the Goods to the Buyer.
62. In cases where the consumer purchase-sale agreement provides for the transportation of items and the Seller
sends the items to the Buyer, the risk of accidental loss or damage of the items passes to the Buyer when he or a person designated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the items. If the items are delivered to a carrier chosen by the
Buyer, and the Seller did not offer such delivery, the risk provided for in this section passes to the Buyer when the items
are handed over to the carrier.
63. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the Goods, if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control. 64. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must together with the Seller or his authorized representative check the condition of the shipment and the Product(s) and sign the shipment transfer - acceptance document. After the buyer signs
the shipment handover - acceptance document, it is considered that the shipment has been handed over in a suitable condition, Goods
damages, the basis of which cannot be attributed to a factory defect, and Product(s) assembly
inconsistencies (such as can be determined during the external inspection of the Goods) is not available. Upon noticing that the package of the delivered shipment is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Product(s) is damaged and/or the Product(s) is not in the correct package, the Buyer must note this in the
document of shipment transfer - acceptance.
XIV. Return and exchange of goods
65. www.lifedrops.lt įsigytos Prekės grąžinamos ir/ar keičiamos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos
civilinio kodekso 6.362 ir 6.363 straipsniais, taip pat Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausybės 2014 m.
liepos 22 d. nutarimu Nr.738 patvirtintomis „Mažmeninės prekybos taisyklėmis“.
65.1 Pirkėjas neturi teisės atsisakyti pirkimo-pardavimo sutarties ir grąžinti Pardavėjui šių prekių:
65.2 vaistinių preparatų;
65.3. kokybiškų maisto produktų, įskaitant maisto papildus;
65.4. kokybiškų parfumerijos, kosmetikos, tualetinių preparatų;
66. Norėdamas grąžinti kokybišką Prekę(-es), Pirkėjas apie tai Pardavėjui turi pranešti raštu (el.
paštu) ir nurodyti grąžinimo priežastį bei pridėti Prekės pažeidimo nuotraukas.
67. Perkant parduotuvėje lifedrops.lt, kiekvienam Pirkėjui ir jo nupirktai tinkamos kokybės Prekei
suteikiama 30 dienų grąžinimo garantija nuo Prekės gavimo dienos, jeigu prekinė išvaizda ir (ar) pakuotė
yra nepažeista, prieš tai raštu informavus Pardavėją.
68. Pardavėjas turi teisę atsisakyti priimti Prekes, kurios buvo išpakuotos po pristatymo ir yra netinkamos
grąžinti dėl sveikatos apsaugos ar higienos priežasčių, arba Prekės negali būti grąžintos kitais Lietuvos
Respublikos teisės aktų nustatytais atvejais. Pirkėjas privalo užtikrinti, kad grąžinamų Prekių kokybė,
pakuotė ir atitikimas saugumo ir higienos reikalavimams nepasikeistų.
69. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Goods returned or exchanged by the Buyer in the cases provided for in these Rules, as well as if it is found that the Goods have damaged, removed and/or damaged labels, torn protective film, damaged packaging, etc. and/or the Goods have been used.
70. After exercising the right to return the Goods, the costs for the return of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer.
71. The Seller is not responsible for the deterioration of the quality of the Goods, if the Buyer or the persons to whom the Buyer
hands over the Goods, used them for purposes other than those for which such Goods are normally used, did not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions, violated the rules of transportation, storage, use and /or storage
rules, as well as if the packaging of the Goods and other external defects are visible, not discussed in writing at the time of the Goods
handover, whether the deterioration in the quality of the Goods is due to the actions of the Buyer or other persons to whom the Buyer has handed over the Goods.
72. In all cases, money for returned Goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank
account.
XV. Responsibility
73. Pirkėjas yra visiškai atsakingas už jo pateikiamų Asmens duomenų teisingumą. Jei Pirkėjas nepateikia
tikslių Asmens duomenų, Pardavėjas neatsako už dėl to atsiradusius padarinius ir įgyja teisę reikalauti iš
Pirkėjo patirtų tiesioginių nuostolių atlyginimo.
74. Pirkėjas atsako už veiksmus, atliktus naudojantis šia internetine parduotuve.
75. Užsiregistravęs Pirkėjas atsako už savo prisijungimo duomenų perdavimą tretiesiems asmenims.
Jei lifedrops.lt teikiamomis paslaugomis naudojasi trečiasis asmuo, prisijungęs prie internetinės
parduotuvės naudodamasis Pirkėjo prisijungimo duomenimis, Pardavėjas šį asmenį laiko Pirkėju.
76. Pardavėjas atleidžiamas nuo bet kokios atsakomybės tais atvejais, kai nuostoliai kyla dėl to, jog
Pirkėjas, neatsižvelgdamas į Pardavėjo rekomendacijas ir savo įsipareigojimus, nesusipažino su šiomis
Taisyklėmis, nors tokia galimybė jam buvo suteikta.
77. Jei Pardavėjo internetinėje parduotuvėje yra nuorodos į kitų įmonių, įstaigų, organizacijų ar asmenų
tinklapius, Pardavėjas nėra atsakingas už ten esančią informaciją ar vykdomą veiklą, tų tinklapių
neprižiūri, nekontroliuoja ir toms įmonėms bei asmenims neatstovauja.
XVI. Exchange of information
78. The Seller sends all notifications in accordance with the procedure provided in the Rules to the e-mail
address provided by the Buyer.
79. The buyer sends all messages and questions using the
communication means specified in the Seller's online store.
80. As used in the rules, the term "in writing" includes e-mails.
XVII. Final Provisions
81. Šios Taisyklės sudarytos vadovaujantis LR teisės aktais.
82. Šių Taisyklių pagrindu kylantiems santykiams taikoma LR teisė.
83. Visi nesutarimai, kilę dėl šių Taisyklių vykdymo, sprendžiami derybų būdu. Nepavykus susitarti,
ginčai sprendžiami LR įstatymų nustatyta tvarka, pagal Pardavėjo buveinės vietą.
84. Pirkėjas neturi teisės perleisti ar perduoti visų ar dalies teisių ir įsipareigojimų, kylančių iš šių
Taisyklių, trečiajam asmeniui ar asmenims be Pardavėjo rašytinio sutikimo.
85. Tuo atveju, jei Pirkėjas nesutinka su Pardavėjo parengtu ir lifedrops.lt perduotu atsakymu į Pirkėjo
rašytinę pretenziją, savo prašymą/skundą dėl www.lifedrops.lt įsigytos Prekės iš Pardavėjo Pirkėjas (fizinis
asmuo, vartotojas) gali pateikti Valstybinei vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybai (Vilniaus g. 25, 01402
Vilnius, el.p. tarnyba@vvtat.lt, tel. 85 262 67 51, faks. (85) 279 1466, interneto
svetainėje www.vvtat.lt (taip pat Valstybinės vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnybos teritoriniams padaliniams
