Where does our energy go and why does our health weaken? Why does even good brushing go wrong? I have been looking for answers to these questions for many years, not only as a doctor, but also as a mother.

I believe that we can all be healthy, so I have turned my attention not to diseases, but to health promotion. I am constantly deepening my knowledge and learning from people who know the intricacies of the body. It's all in the details. From the soil where our food grows, the healing properties of water, to the Krebs cycle, the mitochondrial membrane pumps where food is turned into energy. This is the range of topics that interest me. The insights and systems developed by my teachers allowed me to find the answers to rebalancing the body's activities. A lot of scientific research has turned from theoretical knowledge into practice. I relearned human biochemistry, but this time in a different way, by understanding how it can serve us and help us solve problems. We often think - you can't have too many vitamins.
