ABOUT US

How to balance the activity of your body so that it works flawlessly? How to prevent diseases, and when you get sick, treat not the disease, but its cause?
Where does our energy go and why does our health weaken? Why does even good brushing go wrong? I have been looking for answers to these questions for many years, not only as a doctor, but also as a mother.

I believe that we can all be healthy, so I have turned my attention not to diseases, but to health promotion. I am constantly deepening my knowledge and learning from people who know the intricacies of the body. It's all in the details. From the soil where our food grows, the healing properties of water, to the Krebs cycle, the mitochondrial membrane pumps where food is turned into energy. This is the range of topics that interest me. The insights and systems developed by my teachers allowed me to find the answers to rebalancing the body's activities. A lot of scientific research has turned from theoretical knowledge into practice. I relearned human biochemistry, but this time in a different way, by understanding how it can serve us and help us solve problems. We often think - you can't have too many vitamins. Maybe, and even a lot. Especially if we don't know how to use them and if we choose low-quality products. It is often better to use nothing than to use anything. It is very easy to harm yourself, but it is difficult to repair the damage. The quality and correct balance of vitamins and minerals are essential to balancing your body. This is art. This is all great science. I want to share my experience and knowledge with everyone who is looking for answers and that much-needed end to why they are constantly sick or feeling bad. On this page you can find quality products and lecture recordings that I have selected and tested.
