5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Personal data - any information related to a natural person - a data subject whose
identity is known or can be directly or indirectly determined through the use of such data
as a personal code, one or more physical, physiological, psychological, economic,
signs of a cultural or social nature.

9. These Rules for the purchase and sale of Goods, upon their approval by the Buyer (after familiarizing themselves with the Rules and

a legal document binding on the parties, which sets out the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller,
Terms of purchase and payment for goods, order of delivery and return of goods, responsibility of the parties
and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of Goods in the online store.
10. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account
requirements established by legal acts.
11. By approving the Rules, the buyer confirms that he has the right to buy goods on the lifedrops.lt website
in the store.<\/p>

12. We also inform you that these Rules may be changed in the event of changes in legal regulations.
Every time you order Goods, we recommend that you review the Rules so that the Buyer is convinced that

14. If the Seller has the right or obligation to provide documents or information to the Buyer electronically

IV. Goods<\/b><\/p>

the ordered Product is no longer available, the Buyer is immediately informed about this by e-mail or other means

20. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having chosen the purchased

V. Buyer's Rights<\/b><\/p>

22. The buyer has the right to access his personal data and the right to demand correction of incorrect,

25. The seller is responsible to the consumer for any non-compliance of the goods with the quality requirements of the goods

VII. Seller's rights<\/b><\/p>

29.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The Seller has the right to determine the minimum size of the Shopping Cart at its discretion, i.e. i.e. the minimum amount
when reached, the Buyer's order will be executed. The size of this amount can be specified when viewing the Goods
basket.
30. If the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the online store or violates his
obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without warning limit or suspend his ability to
use the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
31. In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely terminate the operation of the online
store without notifying the Buyer in advance. In this case, all accepted and confirmed Buyers
orders are completed, and new orders are not accepted.
32. The Seller has the right to cancel his order without notifying the Buyer in advance, if the Buyer does not pay for the Goods after choosing
payment by bank transfer.
33. The seller can carry out various types of marketing promotions and, with the prior consent of the Buyers, inform them about these promotions by sending information to the contacts specified by the Buyers. The seller also has the right
at any time unilaterally, without a separate warning, to change the conditions of the marketing promotions in question and to terminate already
started promotions.

VIII. Obligations of the seller<\/b><\/p>

34. The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the opportunity to use the services provided by the online store https:\/\/lifedrops.lt\/ under the conditions set out in these Rules and the online store.<\/p>

35. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding his personal information, i.e. i.e.
Process the personal data specified by the buyer in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
36. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him, under the specified
conditions.

38. The Seller, unable to deliver the ordered Product to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to
offer an analogous or as similar Product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept the
analogous or the most similar Product, the Seller undertakes to return the
money paid to the Buyer within 14 working days, if the advance payment was made, and if the payment was not made - to
cancel the order.
39. When the Buyer returns the Goods, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid by the Buyer within 14 working days
from the day of returning the Goods to the Seller.
40. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the buyer no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract. If the Seller cannot fulfill the order in a timely and proper manner within 30 days due to important reasons, he undertakes to immediately inform the Buyer about the delay in the delivery of the goods.<\/p>

Pardav\u0117jas patvirtina, kad Pirk\u0117jo pateikti duomenys bus naudojami i\u0161skirtinai tik Preki\u0173 pardavimo ir
pristatymo tikslais, nepa\u017eeid\u017eiant\u00a0 teis\u0117s akt\u0173 numatyt\u0173 reikalavim\u0173 Asmens duomen\u0173 apsaugai.
43.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pirk\u0117jas turi pasirinkti vien\u0105 i\u0161 galim\u0173 atsiskaitymo b\u016bd\u0173. Kartu gali b\u016bti pasirenkamas Preki\u0173
pristatymo b\u016bdas ir kaina.
44.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Paskutiniame \u017eingsnyje sugeneruojami visi Pardav\u0117jo pateikti duomenys, prie\u0161 kuriuos
patvirtindamas, Pirk\u0117jas privalo \u012fsitikinti, jog pateikti duomenys yra teisingi ir atitinka jo pageidavimus.
Pirk\u0117jas turi galimyb\u0119 pataisyti klaidas, jei j\u0173 yra, prie\u0161 i\u0161siun\u010diant u\u017esakym\u0105. Tuo atveju, jeigu prie\u0161
preki\u0173 pasirinkim\u0105 Pirk\u0117jas n\u0117ra susipa\u017ein\u0119s su Taisykl\u0117mis, jis tai privalo atlikti prie\u0161 patvirtindamassavo u\u017esakym\u0105 bei jame pateiktus duomenis, kitaip, bus laikoma, kad Pirk\u0117jas yra susipa\u017ein\u0119s su

48.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Using electronic banking;
49. Using the mokejimai.lt system.
50. The buyer, paying by bank transfer, undertakes to pay for the Goods immediately. Only after he
pays will the order be formed.
51. The VAT invoices contain the selected Goods, their quantity, the discounts granted, the final
Price of the Goods, including all taxes, and other data required to be
confirmed by the legal acts regulating accounting.

XII.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Preki\u0173 pristatymas Pirk\u0117jo nurodytu adresu:<\/p>

53.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pirk\u0117jas, u\u017esakymo metu pasirink\u0119s Preki\u0173 pristatymo paslaug\u0105, \u012fsipareigoja nurodyti tiksli\u0105 Preki\u0173
pristatymo viet\u0105.

56.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pristatymo kaina priklauso nuo Pirk\u0117jo pasirinkto pristatymo b\u016bdo.
57.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pardav\u0117jas pasilieka teis\u0119 keisti Preki\u0173 pristatymo mokest\u012f ir pirkinio sum\u0105, nuo kurios pristatymas
nemokamas. Galiojantys \u012fkainiai yra nurodomi u\u017esakymo formavimo lange taip, kad Pirk\u0117jas turi
galimyb\u0119 su jais susipa\u017einti iki patvirtindamas u\u017esakym\u0105.
58.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0U\u017esakytas Prekes b\u016btina atsiimti ne v\u0117liau kaip per\u00a0x\u00a0darbo dienas, skai\u010diuojamas nuo Pardav\u0117jo
patvirtinimo, kad u\u017esakymas jau paruo\u0161tas, gavimo momento. Pirk\u0117jui laiku neatsi\u0117mus Preki\u0173, Pardav\u0117jas
pasilieka teis\u0119 nutraukti u\u017esakym\u0105 be \u012fsp\u0117jimo ir gr\u0105\u017einti sumok\u0117t\u0105 mok\u0117jim\u0105.
59.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Prekes gali atsiimti tik u\u017esakym\u0105 pateik\u0119s asmuo arba asmuo, nurodytas u\u017esakymo pateikimo metu.
60.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pardav\u0117jas pateikia Prekes Pirk\u0117jui vadovaudamasis Preki\u0173 apra\u0161ymuose nurodytais terminais. \u0160ie

pristatyti ne v\u0117liau kaip per 30 dien\u0173 nuo sutarties sudarymo dienos. Esant i\u0161imtiniais atvejais Preki\u0173
pateikimas gali v\u0117luoti d\u0117l nenumatyt\u0173, nuo Pardav\u0117jo nepriklausan\u010di\u0173 aplinkybi\u0173. Tokiu atveju
Pardav\u0117jas \u012fsipareigoja nedelsiant susisiekti su Pirk\u0117ju ir suderinti Preki\u0173 pateikimo s\u0105lygas.<\/p>

61. The Seller is not responsible for changes in the properties of the Goods that may occur due to a change in temperature or the effect of other
circumstances beyond the Seller's control when delivering the Goods to the Buyer.
62. In cases where the consumer purchase-sale agreement provides for the transportation of items and the Seller
sends the items to the Buyer, the risk of accidental loss or damage of the items passes to the Buyer when he or a person designated by him, other than the carrier, accepts the items. If the items are delivered to a carrier chosen by the
Buyer, and the Seller did not offer such delivery, the risk provided for in this section passes to the Buyer when the items
are handed over to the carrier.
63. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the deadlines for the delivery of the Goods, if the Goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control. 64. During the delivery of the goods to the Buyer, the Buyer must together with the Seller or his authorized representative check the condition of the shipment and the Product(s) and sign the shipment transfer - acceptance document. After the buyer signs
the shipment handover - acceptance document, it is considered that the shipment has been handed over in a suitable condition, Goods
damages, the basis of which cannot be attributed to a factory defect, and Product(s) assembly
inconsistencies (such as can be determined during the external inspection of the Goods) is not available. Upon noticing that the package of the delivered shipment is damaged (crumpled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Product(s) is damaged and\/or the Product(s) is not in the correct package, the Buyer must note this in the
document of shipment transfer - acceptance.

XIV. Return and exchange of goods<\/b><\/p>

65.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0www.lifedrops.lt\u00a0 \u012fsigytos Prek\u0117s gr\u0105\u017einamos ir\/ar kei\u010diamos vadovaujantis Lietuvos Respublikos
civilinio kodekso 6.362 ir 6.363 straipsniais, taip pat Lietuvos Respublikos Vyriausyb\u0117s 2014 m.
liepos 22 d. nutarimu Nr.738 patvirtintomis \u201eMa\u017emenin\u0117s prekybos taisykl\u0117mis\u201c.
65.1 Pirk\u0117jas neturi teis\u0117s atsisakyti pirkimo-pardavimo sutarties ir gr\u0105\u017einti Pardav\u0117jui \u0161i\u0173 preki\u0173:
65.2 vaistini\u0173 preparat\u0173;
65.3. kokybi\u0161k\u0173 maisto produkt\u0173, \u012fskaitant maisto papildus;
65.4. kokybi\u0161k\u0173 parfumerijos, kosmetikos, tualetini\u0173 preparat\u0173;
66.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Nor\u0117damas gr\u0105\u017einti kokybi\u0161k\u0105 Prek\u0119(-es), Pirk\u0117jas apie tai Pardav\u0117jui turi prane\u0161ti ra\u0161tu (el.
pa\u0161tu) ir nurodyti gr\u0105\u017einimo prie\u017east\u012f bei prid\u0117ti Prek\u0117s pa\u017eeidimo nuotraukas.
67.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Perkant parduotuv\u0117je lifedrops.lt, kiekvienam Pirk\u0117jui ir jo nupirktai tinkamos kokyb\u0117s Prekei
suteikiama 30 dien\u0173 gr\u0105\u017einimo garantija nuo Prek\u0117s gavimo dienos, jeigu prekin\u0117 i\u0161vaizda ir (ar) pakuot\u0117
yra nepa\u017eeista, prie\u0161 tai ra\u0161tu informavus Pardav\u0117j\u0105.
68.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pardav\u0117jas turi teis\u0119 atsisakyti priimti Prekes, kurios buvo i\u0161pakuotos po pristatymo ir yra netinkamos
gr\u0105\u017einti d\u0117l sveikatos apsaugos ar higienos prie\u017eas\u010di\u0173, arba Prek\u0117s negali b\u016bti gr\u0105\u017eintos kitais Lietuvos
Respublikos teis\u0117s akt\u0173 nustatytais atvejais. Pirk\u0117jas privalo u\u017etikrinti, kad gr\u0105\u017einam\u0173 Preki\u0173 kokyb\u0117,
pakuot\u0117 ir atitikimas saugumo ir higienos reikalavimams nepasikeist\u0173.<\/p>

69. The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Goods returned or exchanged by the Buyer in the cases provided for in these Rules, as well as if it is found that the Goods have damaged, removed and\/or damaged labels, torn protective film, damaged packaging, etc. and\/or the Goods have been used.
70. After exercising the right to return the Goods, the costs for the return of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer.
71. The Seller is not responsible for the deterioration of the quality of the Goods, if the Buyer or the persons to whom the Buyer
hands over the Goods, used them for purposes other than those for which such Goods are normally used, did not comply with the requirements specified in the instructions, violated the rules of transportation, storage, use and \/or storage
rules, as well as if the packaging of the Goods and other external defects are visible, not discussed in writing at the time of the Goods
handover, whether the deterioration in the quality of the Goods is due to the actions of the Buyer or other persons to whom the Buyer has handed over the Goods.
72. In all cases, money for returned Goods is transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank
account.<\/p>

XV. Responsibility<\/p>

74.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pirk\u0117jas atsako u\u017e veiksmus, atliktus naudojantis \u0161ia internetine parduotuve.
75.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0U\u017esiregistrav\u0119s Pirk\u0117jas atsako u\u017e savo prisijungimo duomen\u0173 perdavim\u0105 tretiesiems asmenims.
Jei lifedrops.lt teikiamomis paslaugomis naudojasi tre\u010diasis asmuo, prisijung\u0119s prie internetin\u0117s
parduotuv\u0117s naudodamasis Pirk\u0117jo prisijungimo duomenimis, Pardav\u0117jas \u0161\u012f asmen\u012f laiko Pirk\u0117ju.
